Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) supplies electricity to over 2.1 million consumers across eight districts of lower and central Sindh: Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Badin, Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Sanghar, and Matiari. Hyderabad industrial consumers in SITE and Kotri industrial areas: check your Maximum Demand (MD) reading on the bill. Industrial MD charges apply when peak demand exceeds sanctioned load.
Monsoon season (July to September) in interior Sindh often causes billing disruptions due to flooding. HESCO may issue estimated bills during this period. Request actual readings once flood conditions clear.
