Pakistan's Only Complete Utility Bill Platform

PakistanBill.online is the only website in Pakistan that brings every single utility bill — electricity, gas, water, and telecom — into one place. No other platform covers all 19 providers. We started in 2024 with a simple mission: make checking utility bills in Pakistan as easy as checking the weather. Today, we serve over 2 million consumers monthly who use our platform to check bills, download duplicates, calculate costs, and learn how to reduce their utility expenses.

Our Story

PakistanBill.online was born out of personal frustration. Our founder, like millions of Pakistanis, had to manage multiple utility bills every month — LESCO electricity in Lahore, SNGPL gas, PTCL broadband, WASA water — each with a different portal, different reference number format, and different user interface. The official portals were slow, often down during peak hours, and required multiple clicks just to see a bill amount. Worse, the duplicate bill download feature on official sites worked only intermittently.

In early 2024, we built the first version of PakistanBill.online — a simple page that let users check LESCO, IESCO, and K-Electric bills in one place. The response was overwhelming. Within weeks, we were getting requests to add FESCO, GEPCO, MEPCO, and other DISCOs. Then came SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL, and WASA. By mid-2024, we had integrated all 19 utility providers and become the only complete utility bill platform in Pakistan.

Since launch, we've processed over 30 million bill checks and helped consumers avoid millions of rupees in late-payment surcharges by providing instant access to bill amounts and due dates. Our users have downloaded over 5 million duplicate bill PDFs, saving them countless trips to utility offices and bank branches. We've also published 43 in-depth guides covering every aspect of utility bills in Pakistan — from finding reference numbers to disputing incorrect charges to qualifying for NEPRA's Protected Consumer subsidy.

Extra Tools & Resources

Beyond bill checking, we offer several tools to help Pakistani consumers understand and reduce their utility bills:

Our Mission

Pakistan has over 200 million electricity consumers spread across 11 different electricity companies, 2 gas utilities, 1 national telecom provider, and dozens of water authorities. Before PakistanBill.online, there was no single place to find every bill. Consumers had to remember 5–6 different portals, all with different interfaces. Adding to the confusion, official portals frequently crashed during peak hours (typically the first 5 days of each month when most consumers check bills), and the duplicate bill download feature was often broken.

We built PakistanBill.online to solve exactly this. One platform, every provider, always free. Whether you need your LESCO electricity bill in Lahore, your SNGPL gas bill in Peshawar, your K-Electric bill in Karachi, or your PTCL broadband bill anywhere in Pakistan — it's all here. Our platform is fast (most bills load in under 3 seconds), reliable (99.9% uptime), and works on any device — from the latest iPhone to a 10-year-old feature phone with 2G internet.

Beyond convenience, our deeper mission is financial empowerment. Pakistani utility bills have doubled in the last three years due to tariff hikes, fuel price adjustments, and quarterly adjustments. Many households struggle to understand the various line items on their bills — FPA, QTR, FC surcharge, slab rates, protected subsidy. Our blog guides explain every aspect of utility billing in plain Urdu and English, helping consumers understand what they're paying for and how to reduce it. By following our electricity saving tips, the average household can cut their bill by 30–50%.

Privacy & Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. We do not store your reference numbers, consumer IDs, CNIC, or any personal data. When you enter your reference number, the query goes directly to the official PITC (Power Information Technology Company) servers, SNGPL/SSGC servers, PTCL servers, or WASA servers — and the result comes back only to your browser. We never see, store, or have access to your bill details.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertisements. We use minimal analytics (anonymized pageview counts) to understand which utility checkers are most used, so we can prioritize improvements. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. Our full privacy policy is available at /privacy-policy/.

How We Make Money

PakistanBill.online is free for consumers and always will be. We do not charge users anything — no subscription, no paywall, no premium tier. The platform is sustained through:

We never accept paid placements from utility companies — our guides and reviews remain independent and unbiased. If a payment method or solar installer is mentioned in our guides, it's because we believe it's genuinely useful for consumers, not because we're paid to mention it.

PakistanBill.online has been featured in several Pakistani technology and business publications as a leading example of consumer-focused fintech. We were recognized by the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) in 2025 for "Best Consumer Utility Platform." Our founder has spoken at multiple conferences on digital utility services in Pakistan, including the Pakistan Digital Payments Summit and the NEPRA Consumer Engagement Forum.

We're proud of these recognitions, but what matters most to us is the feedback from our users — over 50,000 positive reviews across app stores, social media, and direct messages.
